REFUND

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed when an item is returned due to damage, defects, or discrepancies in description. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a full refund or replacement after verifying the issue. To ensure your refund request is processed smoothly, please contact our Concierge team within the return window.
  • Refund Process: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it for authenticity and condition. If the return meets all requirements, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Some items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are non-refundable. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly indicated on the product page under the "Details" section.

RETURN

  • Return Window: You have a 7-calendar-day return window from the date of delivery to inspect the item for any defects, damages, or discrepancies. This period excludes weekends and holidays. If you contact us after the 7-day return window, we may not be able to process your return request.
  • Condition of Returned Items: For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories included. The item must be unused and undamaged. If the item is returned damaged or with missing components, we reserve the right to deny the return or adjust the refund amount accordingly.

    • For damaged items, please include close-up photos of the damage and overall images of the product and packaging.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, including any taxes, duties, or customs fees. To ensure safe delivery of the returned item, please use a trackable shipping service.

EXCHANGE

  • Exchange Policy: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will offer you the option to exchange it for the same or a different product (subject to availability). All exchanges must be initiated within the return window.

  • Exchange Conditions: The item being exchanged must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, user manuals, and accessories. If the item is used or damaged, an exchange may not be possible, and we may offer a refund instead.

SHIPPING

  • Receiving Your Order: Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the package and the item for any damages or issues. It is important to retain all shipping documents, including carrier paperwork, receipts, and packaging. If there are any discrepancies, damages, or defects, please document them with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for your order are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination, size, and weight of the items. Any applicable taxes or duties will also be included in the total shipping cost. We strive to offer the most cost-effective and timely shipping options.
  • Return Shipping: If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The return shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return to ensure the safe delivery of the item.
