Radiating with contemplative energy, this mesmerizing artwork offers a profound visual meditation on the interwoven relationship between nature and spirituality. At the core of the composition lies a luminous center, from which intricate, branching forms extend outward in rhythmic symmetry. These patterns—evocative of both tree limbs and neural pathways, serve as metaphors for life’s deeply interconnected systems, suggesting both growth and consciousness within a vast, cosmic network.

Rendered in radiant shades of blue, the circular structure draws the viewer inward, guiding the gaze through layers of organic forms that pulse with quiet vitality. The artist’s choice of a circular format is deliberate and symbolic, representing cycles of regeneration, the eternal flow of existence, and the boundless nature of the cosmos. The blue hues, varying in depth and intensity, lend the work an ethereal quality, reinforcing its spiritual resonance while maintaining a grounding in the natural world.

Delicate textures applied throughout the surface evoke a tactile presence, echoing the fine lines of foliage, root systems, or the veins of leaves. This layering of form and texture not only enhances visual complexity but also mirrors the layered experiences of consciousness and the unseen forces that shape existence. The resulting harmony between materiality and abstraction invites viewers into a space of introspection and quiet awe.

The composition’s meditative rhythm, achieved through repetition, symmetry, and organic flow—evokes a sense of timelessness. It reflects the ancient philosophical understanding that all living things are bound by an unseen unity, a spiritual web that transcends individual life forms. The work thus becomes more than an aesthetic experience; it becomes a contemplative portal, prompting reflection on the sacred balance between inner awareness and the external world. This piece ultimately stands as a testament to the artist’s ability to distill complex metaphysical themes into a cohesive and visually captivating form. Through its seamless integration of spiritual symbolism, natural imagery, and formal elegance, the artwork encourages viewers to pause, breathe, and recognize the quiet, enduring connections that link all beings to each other and to the cosmos.

Why Choose Us

Art has always, naturally, reflected the development and exploration of different thoughts and perceptions, and our current postmodern era is no different. It is interesting to see how art has evolved visually, yet the traditional methods of composing art remain a valid means of expression.

All it takes for an artist to rise above normalcy, is inspiration, which fuels his passion to paint beautiful creations throughout his life.
The valuable expression of art is always there with us, but now this expression is yet to take an interesting diversion with our art gallery, Gallery Silver Scapes, located in Hauz Khas Enclave. Art is no longer considered just decorative but has evolved and come forth as a major form of investment yielding high rates of returns for its buyers, making it an expression commonly used.

Mrs Mayor was walked into the art world by the legendary modernist Bimal Das Gupta, one of whose biggest collections remains with Gallery Silver Scapes. In the 1980s, as head and first curator of the Habiart Gallery founded by Mrs Rekha Modi — a childhood friend — Mrs Mayor worked closely with and curated shows for renowned artists such as A Ramachandran, GR Santosh, Rameshwar Broota, Sakti Burman, MK Bardhan, Dhiraj Chaudhury, M Sivanesan, and Arup Das among others.

Besides modern masters, she also worked with young contemporaries such as Sudip Roy, Paresh Maity, Subroto Kundu, Vinod Sharma, and many more. Artworks commissioned by her are now part of prestigious collections, such as those of the India Habitat Centre, Ranbaxy, Pepsi, Hotel Lalit, Bank of America, and many more private and public collections.
