Jitendra Dangi, born in 1979, crafts vibrant, intricate imagery that weaves stories within stories. His art seamlessly blends the sublime, spiritual, erotic, and profane, transporting familiar icons and narratives to new realms. Dangi’s lavish use of colors – bold reds, blues, yellows, and more – adds depth and complexity to his work.

A recipient of the prestigious Kala Parishad Award, Dangi’s art has been showcased in numerous exhibitions across India, including Delhi, Bhopal, Thane, Jabalpur, Mumbai, Amritsar, Allahabad, and Ujjain. His work has also been featured in international exhibitions in America and England, consistently drawing acclaim and selling out.

Dangi’s artwork is part of esteemed collections, including Bharat Bhawan, the Archaeology Department in Bhopal, and the National Science Centre in Delhi. His pieces are also cherished by renowned collectors. Based in Bhopal, Dangi holds degrees in Biology and Fine Arts from Barkatullah University.
